Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility: Items that remain unopened and in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Damaged Items: Any broken or leaking bottles must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Important Notice: Products must remain sealed and unused. In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: Please keep your order number available to ensure a smooth process.

Card Refunds: For orders paid by card, refunds for cancellations will be issued after deducting any non-refundable payment gateway fees.

 

This policy applies to all sales channels, including the website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

الأهلية: يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات غير المفتوحة وبحالـتها الأصلية خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.

المنتجات التالفة: في حال استلام زجاجات مكسورة أو بها تسريب، يجب الإبلاغ خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام للحصول على استبدال أو استرداد.

ملاحظة هامة: يجب أن تكون المنتجات مختومة وغير مستخدمة. وطبقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات بعد فتحها.

إثبات الشراء: يُرجى الاحتفاظ برقم الطلب لتسهيل إجراءات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

المدفوعات بالبطاقة: في حالة إلغاء الطلبات المدفوعة بالبطاقة، يتم رد المبلغ بعد خصم رسوم بوابة الدفع غير القابلة للاسترداد.
